PIDAS IT Supporters
Are you looking for a job as a supporter, in which you can be part of a motivated, competent and supporting team? If so, we have the perfect job for you! For the reinforcement of our «Shared Service Factory» team in Graz we are looking for 3 IT-Supporters (m./w.) with excellent language skills in Portuguese and Spanish as well as English. We are offering a fulltime position (38,5 hours per week) starting in September 2014.
Your tasks As a supporter at PIDAS you handle IT problems, inquiries and change requests on the phone and via mail. You provide technical customer service and act as a competent respondent for our customers. The users are supported in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Requirements * very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems as well as MS Office * 2 to 4 years of working experience in the customer IT-support is obligatory * IT(-related) education advantageous * excellent knowledge in Portuguese and Spanish is essential * English skills (level C1 minimum) are mandatory; additional German skills would be welcomed * flexibility concerning work shifts (support around the clock from Monday to Friday) * motivation, team spirit & reliability, customer oriented
